We support both self-hosted WordPress websites and websites hosted with major providers. Administrator access is required before onboarding.
Shopify and Wix clients must maintain a subscription that allows Rosemint to be added as an authorized user (Staff User, Collaborator, or Website Contributor, depending on the platform). This access is required for us to perform updates, troubleshoot issues, monitor site health, review performance, complete content updates, and provide ongoing support. If your current subscription doesn’t support user access, we’ll help you determine the right plan before onboarding.
Content updates may include: text edits, image replacements, staff changes, product updates, blog uploads, pricing updates, new pages using existing layouts, button updates, menu edits, and event updates.
Content updates do not include custom development, website redesigns, custom functionality, or new feature implementation.
